Production Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and has experience supporting production, scheduling, inventory, and administrative functions.

As a key member of our team, you will serve as a communication hub between the production floor, warehouse, procurement, customer service, and management teams to help ensure efficient daily operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily production schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute daily production reports.
  • File and maintain completed work orders and production documentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and material requirements.
  • Process customer orders and support shipping activities.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
  • Support compliance with company quality standards, ISO requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, scheduling, production coordination, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing inventories, suppliers, and production schedules.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
